Multifamily Housing Starts

I have known Jason for years as a friend and a professional.  When it was time to sell our home there was no question as to who was the best person to assist us.  Our situation was unique due to the fact that we no longer lived in the Bay Area.  We had to rely and trust in someone that was keenly in-tune and knowledgeable of the market and someone that I could trust implicitly to represent us and get the house in order to go to market since we were not physically there to manage.

Jason was stellar at getting the necessary upgrades completed to have our home shine for when it was to hit the market.  His constant communication was appreciated to keep us informed during the entire process.

The home was listed and sold within 2 weeks and every step of the way from initial contact about potentially selling our rental property to closing of escrow was handled seamlessly and with minimal involvement from us. I appreciated Jason managing all aspects throughout the process.
