I have known Jason for years as a friend and a professional.  When it was time to sell our home there was no question as to who was the best person to assist us.  Our situation was unique due to the fact that we no longer lived in the Bay Area.  We had to rely and trust in someone that was keenly in-tune and knowledgeable of the market and someone that I could trust implicitly to represent us and get the house in order to go to market since we were not physically there to manage.
