Dublin: 116%
Livermore: 118%
Alamo: 111%
Danville: 117%
San Ramon: 116%
Walnut Creek: 114%
And in Danville, that 117% meant the average sales price was nearly $400,000 OVER the list price. Anyone ready to sell?!?!
